Family Practice Liberty

Cannon Family Practice Liberty is located at 105 Liberty Boulevard, on Hwy 178 (or Old Anderson Highway.)  This office is staffed with three family practice physicians.

Dr. Jake Holcombe has practiced family medicine for over 49 years and is an integral part of the Liberty community.

Dr. Travis Davis is a board certified family practice physician who focuses on pediatrics.  He  joined the staff after completing his family residency program at AnMed Health in 2008. He is a graduate of The Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University.

Dr. Terry Davis is the most recent physician to join the staff.  He is a 2011 graduate of the family medicine program at AnMed Health.  Dr. Davis is a native of Pickens and has returned to the area to practice medicine.  He will focus on family mecidine, but has an interest and training in diabetes management and will train to do colonoscopies and endoscopies.
