Cannon offers a nutrition education class monthly. We generally meet the 2nd Thursday of each month from 3-4:30. These classes focus on learning more about diabetes, and how food and exercise affect your blood sugar. We will help you learn how to choose the right foods for you to be healthier and manage your diabetes. We welcome anyone interested in learning more about nutrition, whether newly diagnosed or very experienced. The class is taught by a registered Dietitian. To register for diabetes education classes, call (864) 898.1153.
